About the G.I:.

The Glycemic index classifies food into one of three groups, low, middle or high. A low GI food will release glucose slowly after eating, whilst a high GI food will release it quickly - ideal for energy recovery or if you are experiencing hypoglycemia.

Everyone has a different Glycemic response, caused by a wide variety of factors such as age, diabetes, fitness etc - that's why is always best to have expert advice.
